Guided Tour, Saint-Paul

Formerly known as Saint Paul de Vence, Saint-Paul is located about 10 miles Northeast of Biot. It is a charming medieval fortified village perched on a narrow ridge between two deep valleys, and is one of the most intact medieval examples of the region, with much of the ramparts still there. Guided Tour, Eze

Eze (about 7 miles East of Nice) is a medieval village perched like an eagle’s nest on a narrow rocky peak overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The ancient village is still crowned with the ruins of its 12th-century fortified castle (torn down in 1706). It is filled with narrow roads, archways, restored stone houses, ancient fountains, […]

Guided Tour, Nice

We took an excellent full-day guided tour of the French Riviera. On our way to Eze, we stopped to take some photos of Nice, which included Sean Connery’s old house (he sold it at the beginning of this year).
