The Parc de la Ciutadella is just around the corner from our apartment. It includes a zoo, lake, large fountain, and several museums. The Catalan Parliament is seated at a building in the center of the park. We go running here almost every day.
Casa Milà, better known as La Pedrera (Catalan for ‘The Quarry’), is a building designed by the Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí and built in the years 1905–1907.

La Sagrada Familia (The Holy Family) is a Roman Catholic basilica that’s been under construction since 1882. Estimates for completion date vary, but hopefully it will be done in the next 30-200 years.
