Colline du Château, Nice

The first part of Nice to be settled was the Colline du Château (Castle Hill), which lies between the Old Town and the Port. The citadel which once stood there was destroyed in 1706. The area at the top has been laid out as a park and offers impressive panoramic views of Nice.

Our Neighborhood Bakery, Paris

This bakery was about three minutes away from our apartment in Paris, so we would go there several times each week. They had delicious chocolate chip baguettes (Justin’s favorite) and the staff was very nice to us, despite our terrible French.
