The Staatliches Hofbräuhaus in Munich (literally state court-brew of Munich, also Hofbräu München) is a brewery that is owned by the state government. It inspired a world wide famous song, and the phrase “oans, zwoa, g’suffa” (Bavarian dialect for: “one, two, down the hatch”).
